How fast is shipping?

Standard shipping arrives in 3-7 business days. Express in 2-3. Free standard on orders over $75.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — U.S. only for now. Join our list to be the first to know when we expand.

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — you'll get an email with tracking the moment your order ships.

 

RETURNS

 

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery — as long as the item is unopened and unused. See our Return Policy for full details.

 

Why are lashes and beauty products final sale?

Hygiene. Once opened, those items cannot be resold. This is standard for the beauty industry.

 

Do you do exchanges?

Not directly. Return the original and place a new order — it's actually faster that way.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source from vetted U.S.-based suppliers and inspect for quality. If anything ever arrives not as described, we'll replace or refund it.

 

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page has sizing notes. If you're between sizes, email us — we'll give you a straight answer.

 

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some yes, some no. The fastest way to know: join our list. Sold-out items often come back with 24-hour early access for subscribers.

 

ORDERS

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@luzorstore.com. After that, the order is already being processed and can't be changed.

 

I didn't get a confirmation email — what now?

Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email us with the email address you used at checkout.

 

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Take photos and email hello@luzorstore.com within 48 hours. We'll replace it or refund — your call.
