Our promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

— Unopened, unused items in original packaging
— Items with all original tags, seals, and inserts attached

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

— Lashes (any type, opened or unopened)
— Makeup and cosmetics (opened)
— Skincare products (opened)
— Hair extensions (opened or worn)
— Intimate apparel and swimwear
— Items marked "Final Sale"

How to start a return

1. Email hello@luzorstore.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
3. You'll ship the item back to the return address we provide (return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges right now. If you want a different size, color, or product, return the original and place a new order.
