Where we ship

LUZOR STORE currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is coming soon — join our list to be the first to know.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping speeds & costs

Standard: 3-7 business days — $5.99
Express: 2-3 business days — $12.99
Free Standard: 3-7 business days — on orders over $75

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delays

Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). While we work hard to ship fast, we can't control carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to hello@luzorstore.com and we'll make it right.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes the carrier marks it early
3. Contact your local post office or carrier
4. If still missing, email us at hello@luzorstore.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you file a claim.
